Return & Refund Policy
Due to the climate-sensitive nature of our items, we only offer refunds in the event that:
• The shipping company damages or loses the item
• If the shipping company (USPS/FEDEX/UPS) claims that the package was delivered, you may file a theft report to your local authorities. Once you’ve done this, we would be more than happy to refund the order. The request must be accompanied by the order number, tracking number, and police report. These must be sent to: 109 Investment BLVD. #103, Apex, NC, 27502.
Refunds and exchanges take 14 days. Refunds will be credited to the payment method used to purchase the item. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless they’ve been opened within 7 days from the arrival date noted by the carrier. The buyer pays for the return postage.
